MEET OUR FOUNDER
Claire von Yurt
Claire discovered her love for baking at an early age, finding joy in creating delicious treats for family and friends. At just 8 years old, she decided to turn her passion into a way to help others, founding Le Rosette, a non-profit baking business dedicated to giving back to the community. What started as a small operation in her family kitchen quickly blossomed into a meaningful initiative that has made a real impact.
Claire uses her baking talents not just to spread sweetness but also to make a difference in the community. Her love for event planning steamed after planning many birthday parties for her sisters and evolved into something that she really enjoyed doing. Through her previous work working at a floral shop she learned how to embrace her creativity through floral designs.
Now 16, Claire continues to run Le Rosette with the same dedication she had as a child, balancing her growing skills as a baker, florist, and event planer with her desire to help others, and embracing her creativity. Through her work, she hopes to inspire others to use their passions for good, proving that even small actions can create meaningful change.
